Hello band families,
This week we will be starting our next Band Booster fundraiser using an online platform called FanAngel. All of the steps your child needs to complete occur before the launch of the campaign. While the campaign will not officially launch until Tuesday JAN 31st, your child should create their FanAngel account profile within the next couple of days. The attached Parent Letter has all of the important information about the fundraiser, FanAngel links, how your child will create their profile, and finally, how they will enter the contact information of 20 (or more) potential donors. That’s it, then they’re finished! This should be the easiest fundraiser ever and clubs across SMHS have shown that it can be very profitable if every student participates.
Along with the Parent Letter, attached is the Contact Worksheet to help your student list their contact’s information.
Mr. Simon has asked all students to be present on Wednesday the 18th at 2:10 p.m. in the SMHS band room, where we will create a short video for the fundraising campaign.
