Summer is almost over and the marching season is kicking off with Pre Camp coming up fast!
Percussion and Color guard have practice on Monday July 13th and 20th from 5 to 7 pm.
A reminder – Band Camp Fees and the summer uniform fees are due no later than the last day of Pre Camp July30th! It is very important that these fees be paid on time as we can not order summer uniforms until the funds are in to do so and we have to pay the camp so please make sure you have them paid on time.

Payments can be dropped off in the grey box next to Mr. Simon’s office or mailed to Shadow Mountain Band Boosters PO Box 22031 Phoenix, AZ 85028. Paypal is also an available option for non tax credit payments see the link on our website.(Paypal is not an option for fees that are tax credit or are to be paid to the bookstore)
T-Shirt sponsor fund raiser! We are currently seeking sponsors to put their names on the backs of the show shirts & they will be listed on our sponsor page on the Booster web site. If you have a business or know of a business that would be willing to support the Shadow Mountain Band program, please give them the T-Shirt donation letter form (see fundraiser tab) & have it turned in by July 20th. We need all the support we can get as we have a need for funds to purchase items for the up coming marching season such as props and flags for the show!
Pre Camp is July 27 through 30th & the schedule is listed below from Mr. Simon’s calendar
Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28
Flutes: 8-9am. Clarinets and Bass Clarinets: 9-10am. Saxophones: 10-11am. Trumpets and Mellophones: 12-1:30pm. Trombones, Baritones, Tubas: 1:30-3:00pm. Percussion and Color Guard: 4-7pm
Wednesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 30 Brass: 8-11am. Woodwinds: 12-3pm. Percussion and Color Guard: 4-7pm.

8/3/15 Parent Night! 6:00 meeting followed by a 7:00 concert & a frozen treat! Please make sure to attend this meeting as it will be filled with important information and forms that need to be filled out for the season!
8/6/15 Band at Freshman orientation call time TBA
8/10/15 First day of School! Band practice 6 pm to 9 pm
