SCHEDULE:
EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE CALL TIME!
6:15am Call time, load truck, change into full uniform, hats plumed, in your lap
7:00 On the bus, leave for 3rd Avenue and Drinkwater, North of Indian School
7:30 arrive, unload truck, warm-up. School bands will be staged on the southbound lane of Drinkwater, South of Stetson. Buses should then proceed (to the “De-Staging” area.) Following unloading, buses should proceed South to Drinkwater & 1stAvenue. From there go East & Park in the Parking Lot East of One Civic Plaza or in the City Hall lot South of there next to the Kiva. The “official vehicle signs” must remain on display in the front window of each bus.

PARADE ROUTE:
Each band will follow the parade’s line of march, South on Scottsdale Road to 1st Street,West to Marshall Way, South on Marshall Way to 2nd St, East on 2nd to Brown, North on Brown to Indian School. Entries should stay in the Northbound lane or the center lane. At Indian School, the bands will proceed East on Indian School Road and South on Drinkwater and East on 1st Avenue and locate your bus.
approx. 12:00 After you have finished the parade, loaded the passengers, cleaned up the area, and are ready to go…please proceed, load truck
approx. 12:30 depart for SMHS
approx. 1:00 arrive at SMHS, unload truck, change, go home!
