Awesome Volunteers & Student Payment Reminder

Great job by the Band with the Star Spangled Banner and lots of school spirit at our first home football game this past Friday!  Our volunteers were awesome as well, persevering in the heat to sell concessions and keeping the band hydrated!  It was wonderful to see so many new volunteers!

REMINDER – Student Payments:

Don’t forget everyone’s Student Booster Payments are due by August 30th.  Invoices will go home with the students this week.  More information can be found in the Parent Hand book and on the Student Payment Info and How To Pay page. If you need to discuss payment plans or other options, email the Booster Treasurer treasurer@smhsbandboosters.com.

Booster Meeting

SEP 4 (Thursday 5:30pm to 8pm – SMHS Band Room):  All Booster (parents) are welcome  (and encouraged) to attend our monthly Booster Board Meetings.  This is our primary planning meeting where we discuss and coordinate Booster activities to support the marching Band in the upcoming weeks.  We will try starting a little earlier (5:30pm) for this Booster Meeting –   Band Calendar

SEP 12 – Friday Night Football against San Tan Foothills.

A little break in Marching Band Activities until our September home football game.  Hoping it will be a cooler night! Stay tuned for a Volunteer SignUp Genius to go out soon.

Our big fall fundraiser, Fan Angel will be kicking off soon. More information to come.
