Monday, December 8th, will be our December booster meeting from 6-8 pm in the band room, where we will cover Winter Banquet and discuss 2026 events like hosting Honor Band in January and elections. The agenda was posted to the Meeting Minutes page on the website and can also be found here.
Our Winter Banquet will be Saturday, December 13th from 5pm – 8pm in the Shadow Mountain HS cafeteria. A time to celebrate our band and their accomplishments. Parents are welcome and band students have received an RSVP link to sign up for how many family members are coming. Check your email for the SignUp Genius.

Band Booster Recruitment: We need you to support our Band Booster Future! Board elections are coming in January/February and multiple positions will be open. Please consider running for a board position or partnering with someone to be a co-board member. In order to maintain our booster status we have to have five voting board members. It does take time but it’s so important to support our kids and this amazing program.

Next Booster Meeting
December 8th (Monday 6:00pm to 8:00pm – Band Room): All Boosters (parents) are welcome (and encouraged) to attend our Booster Meetings. This is our primary planning meeting where we discuss and coordinate Booster activities to support the Marching Band in the upcoming weeks.
