The SWAG shop is now open! This year our online store with Russell Sportswear is offering both Marching Band and Orchestra Apparel. The first six items in the store are 2025-2026 Marching Band T-shirts, Hoodies, and Sweat Pants followed by the 2025-2026 Orchestra items. Make sure you order the correct logo apparel. Store closes in 3 weeks, so order soon!
FanAngel Donation Drive: The Band and Orchestra will be filming our promotional video for our FanAngel Donation Drive this week. Donations to our organization is tax deductible through our 501(c)(3) organization and 90% of the funds goes to our organization! How you can help? Prepare your potential donor lists now. We will need students (with their parents help) to enter potential donor info so we can launch quickly. Be on the look out for detailed Parent Information emails soon.

Band Trailer Towing: Know how to tow and have a truck or vehicle capable of towing 10,000 lbs? Want to help the Band? We need help getting the Band Trailer to competitions. Send an email to secretary@smhsbandboosters.com to get more information about what it takes to tow the awesome Band Trailer.
Senior Night Committee: Looking for a parent of a freshman, sophomore or junior to help with Senior Night Planning. This parent would work with our current parents (who have seniors) and the Senior Night team, to help plan and run the event at the October 16th football game. Interested? Next Booster Meeting
October 6 (Monday 6:00pm to 8:00pm – SMHS Band Room): All Booster (parents) are welcome (and encouraged) to attend our monthly Booster Board Meetings. This is our primary planning meeting where we discuss and coordinate Booster activities to support the Marching Band in the upcoming weeks.

As mentioned above the FanAngel big Donation Drive is in the works. We will need students and parents to get potential donator info in so we can launch. Look for more info as we get closer.
Dine out nights – We have a parent volunteer who will be scheduling Dine Out Nights. She is looking for dining suggestions. Have any places you like? Send a note to president@smhsbandboosters.com and she will pass it on.
Join the Parent Teacher Club, help parents support the school and help the Band Boosters too! A portion of the $25 PTC membership fee is directed back to us! Make sure to list the SMHS Band Boosters as the club! Join PTC!
