Congratulations to our Marching Matadors on receiving a 2nd Place finish at the Buckeye Show. They have some very positive momentum going for them as they prepare for their final show on Saturday NOV 9th at the AZMBA State Championships.
As a parent of a senior Matador (and speaking for all the Senior parents), the Booster Board would like to say THANK YOU to all to parent volunteers that helped make our Senior Night a huge success!!!

Marching Band Community Night
NOV 7 (Thursday) SMHS Football Field – 7:45p
All Marching and Color Guard Parents are INVITED: Community Night is an opportunity for parents to come to the final Marching Band practice to view a full run through of the show “Beyond the Mirror’s Gaze” before the band’s final performance at the AZMBA State Championships on Saturday. This is a fun event where parents can actually join the kids on the field for a “fun” run through of the show at the end of the night! The kids love this part of the season to show off all their hard work and to have some fun with their parents.

This is a great opportunity to get into the competition for free and to participate with your kids as they compete with other Division 2A bands from all around AZ.
