The Boosters have coordinated with Ms Morgan to hold a Parent Information meeting on the last evening of Band Camp.
WHEN: Friday July 26th, 6pm at SMHS Band Room (in cafeteria area)
WHO: All parents of Marching Band and Orchestra students
AGENDA ITEMS: The following items will be discussed in this meeting
- Introduction of Booster Board members
- Parent Financial information: Student Fees and the Booster Student Payment
- Volunteer Opportunities and Fundraising
The Boosters will be providing diner for the students (Panda Express) starting at 5pm
Parent Information meeting will start at 6pm
There may be a short performance by the Band of the new show music after the Parent Information meeting……and then the students will have a water fight outside to close out the week of Band Camp
