Student Payments

Need to pay your band-related Student Payment?  You’ve come to the right place.

Student Payments that are made directly to the Boosters for the 2023 Marching Band season are as follows:

Marching Band – $125 per student

Guard – $125 per student

Payments are due by:     August 31, 2023

We have a few ways you can pay:

    • Pay Online – if you’d like to make your payment through our secure online payment portal, you can do so by clicking HERE  (or use QRC code below).   If you pay online, there is a small $4 convenience fee included.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please make sure at checkout to enter your student’s name(s) in the “Add a note for the seller” text field so the payment will be properly credited to your student(s)

    • Drop off a check or cash – you can drop off cash or a check (make checks payable to SMHS Band Boosters) at school.  The Band Booster have a grey metal box in Ms. Morgan’s office area on the wall near the copy machine. Please place your check or cash in a sealed envelop with your students name clearly marked on the envelop so the money can be properly credited to your student(s)

We comply with IRS guidelines for nonprofit organizations. Student payments made to the organization are not tax deductible. Any additional contribution to the organization above and beyond the amount for required student payments are tax deductible as allowed by law. Consult your tax professional to determine your eligibility to deduct additional contributions on your federal or state income tax return.
